Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or high order volumes.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified, canceled, or rerouted.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Hong Kong Shipping
Estimated delivery time within Hong Kong is 2–7 business days, depending on the courier service and delivery location.
International Shipping
For orders shipped outside Hong Kong, estimated delivery time is 2–3 weeks or longer, depending on the courier, customs clearance, and destination country.
International shipments may experience delays that are outside our control.
Shipping Delays
PartyXParty / Smart Key Technology is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Customs clearance procedures
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- High shipping volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales events)

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, the recipient may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
PartyXParty / Smart Key Technology has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or failed delivery may occur. PartyXParty / Smart Key Technology will not be responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the courier, PartyXParty / Smart Key Technology is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers are encouraged to contact the courier service directly for assistance if delivery issues occur.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped (when available). Please allow time for the tracking information to update in the courier's system.
