Pickup / Shipping Information

1. Daily Cut-off Time

1:00 PM daily — all orders placed and paid by this time will be processed the same day.

2. Same-Day 5-Hour Pickup 🕔

Condition Details
Order & payment by 10:00 AM (Mon, Wed–Sun) Pick up at studio ~5 hours later (~3:00 PM)
Order & payment by 1:00 PM Pick up at studio after 5:00 PM same day
Tuesdays (studio closed) Pickup next business day (or public holiday schedule)

Pickup must be claimed within 1 month.
Uncollected orders are considered abandoned & non-refundable.

3. Shipping via Courier

Cut-off time: 1:00 PM daily

  • Before cut-off: Same-day dispatch
  • After cut-off: Dispatch next business day

Delivery estimates are guidelines — please allow extra time.

a. Shunfeng Express (S.F.)

Orders ≥ HKD 300: station / smart-cabinet pickup

Delivery:

  • 1–2 days (residential address +1 day)

Restrictions:

  • No helium / inflated balloons allowed

b. Call-Van Delivery

  • Area-based fee
  • Driver stops at building entrance (no upstairs delivery)

Urgent orders (≤5h turnaround):

  • 30% surcharge (minimum HKD 30)
  • Must confirm before 4:30 PM same day
  • Pickup or van delivery only — no courier

c. Shipping Outside Hong Kong 🌏

  • International shipping typically takes 2–3 weeks depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Delivery times may vary due to international logistics and local postal services.
  • Helium or inflated balloons cannot be shipped internationally.

4. Terms & Conditions

  • No cancellations or refunds after payment confirmation.
  • Studio pick-up must be within 1 month or the order is void.
  • Product changes after confirmation: HKD 20 change fee applies.
  • Typhoon No. 8 / Black Rainstorm Warning: shipments and pickups will be postponed to the next business day.
  • Inspect goods immediately upon receipt and report issues promptly.
  • Missing or damaged items must be returned via surface mail (other postage at customer's cost).
  • We are not liable for delays due to force majeure.
  • We reserve the right to update terms at any time.
  • Our decision is final in any dispute.
