Enter their name and age. You’ll then get a preview of the book. If you’re happy with it, just proceed to payment to complete your order.

Shipping times typically take 10 to 17 business days to arrive at your location.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your personalized purchase. If you receive an order that is damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. As our books are custom-made, once an item has been printed, we are unable to offer a monetary refund.

We offer a full or partial refund based on the production status of your personalized book: Full Refund: You can receive a full refund if your book hasn’t been printed yet. Partial Refund: You can receive a partial refund if it has been printed but not yet shipped.
