Welcome to PartyXParty (operated by Smart Key Technology Company). By placing an order through our website (www.partyxparty.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

All paid and confirmed orders are final. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Product Changes

Confirmed orders are not eligible for product changes. If a change is absolutely necessary, a change fee of HKD$20 will apply.

3. Weather-Related Delays

In the event of inclement weather (including Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning), pickup or delivery will be postponed to the next working day for the safety of all parties.

4. Order Inspection & Claims

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any issues, contact us immediately so we can resolve them promptly. We recommend ordering early to ensure sufficient time for replacements or corrections if necessary.

5. Missing or Damaged Items

If you receive missing or damaged goods, you may return them by surface mail. If you choose another shipping method, the additional shipping fee will be at your expense.
