Instructions for picking up/shipping goods


The daily cut-off time for all orders is 1:00pm

Same-day pickup arrangement within 5 hours

**Closed on Tuesday, goods can be picked up on the next working day. Open as usual on public holidays**

  • Confirm your order by paying at or before 10:00am on the same day, and you can pick it up at the studio the fastest 5 hours later (3:00pm)

  • The order cut-off time is 1:00pm . Orders confirmed by payment before 1:00pm can be picked up after 5:00pm on the same day.

  • Please pick up the order within 1 month. If the order is not picked up after the deadline, it will be regarded as abandoned and no notification or refund will be given.

Regarding mailing arrangements:

Order cut-off time: 1:00PM every day

Items will be sent out on the same day before the order cut-off, and will be sent out on the next day after the order cut-off.

**The number of days is for reference only so please allow time**

SF Express:

  • Self-pickup at SF Express Station/smart cabinet (free shipping for orders over $300)
  • Arrival takes about 1-2 days after shipment (it may take an extra day for residential addresses)

  • Helium/inflated balloons cannot be sent

Call van for delivery (freight collect)

  • The driver will not deliver the goods upstairs. You need to pick up the goods next to the car downstairs.

Urgent order charges ( inflatable service)

If the inflatable order needs urgent delivery within 5 hours , we can pick it up on the same day .

A 30% surcharge will be charged for each order ( minimum purchase is $30)

(All urgent orders must be confirmed and implemented with us before they can be established)

After payment for urgent orders is confirmed, you can pick it up/delivery via van (no SF Express/post office delivery)
The latest payment time is 4:30pm

Terms and Conditions

Terms of purchase

  • Under any circumstances, all orders that have been paid and confirmed cannot be canceled or refunded .
  • If you pick up the goods at the studio, please pick up the goods within 1 month . If the order is not picked up after the deadline, it will be regarded as abandoned and no notification or refund will be given.
  • The product content of a confirmed order cannot be changed . If it is necessary to change the product content of the order, a change fee will be charged. The fee is HKD$20.
  • In case of bad weather, such as typhoon No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning, etc., the company will postpone the pickup or delivery to the next working day.
  • Please be sure to open and check the goods after receiving them. If you find any problems, you can contact us at any time to handle them promptly. It is recommended to buy in advance.
  • If any missing orders or damaged goods are found, they can be sent back by regular mail. If any other postal method is used, the customer will need to pay the shipping fee.

  • Force Majeure: If we are unable to accurately provide you with your request due to force majeure (including due to natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, or any circumstances beyond our control) We will not bear any responsibility to the purchaser or any third party for the products or services required.

  •  We reserve the right to modify, change or supplement any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  •  In case of any dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision.
