Terms of purchase
- Under any circumstances, all orders that have been paid and confirmed cannot be canceled or refunded.
- The product content of a confirmed order cannot be changed. If it is necessary to change the product content of the order, a change fee will be charged. The fee is HKD$20.
- In case of severe weather, such as typhoon No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning, etc., the company will postpone the pickup or delivery to the next working day.
- Please be sure to open and check the goods after receiving them. If you find any problems, you can contact us at any time to handle them promptly. It is recommended to buy in advance.
- If any missing orders or damaged goods are found, they can be sent back by regular mail. If any other postal method is used, the customer will need to pay the shipping fee.
